You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 345wn's customer support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 17 of these Terms.
You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Where your personal circumstances change — including changes to your payment details or contact information — you must update your account accordingly. 345wn may request documentary evidence to verify any updated information.
An account that has had no login activity for a prolonged period may be classified as dormant in accordance with the operator's dormancy policy. Users will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied or accounts are closed. Applicable terms and timelines will be specified in the operator's current policy at the relevant time.
As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations and age verification requirements, 345wn operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard processing timelines. 345wn will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable period following submission. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the 345wn Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. These include, but are not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits during active bonuses, bonus expiry dates and maximum cash-out limits.
Bonus amounts must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example purposes only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement obliges the User to wager PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established. While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or wager. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited. All games available on the 345wn Platform are operated subject to specific game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between general platform terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure, system error or communication disruption that affects a game round already in progress, 345wn's decision regarding the resolution of the affected round shall be final. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided at the operator's discretion.
Sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering PSL, ICC and T20 tournaments — are subject to the specific rules governing each market type. 345wn does not hold any official affiliation, partnership or endorsement relationship with PCB, PSL, ICC or any sports team referenced on this Platform. Odds presented on the Platform represent the operator's pricing at the time of bet acceptance. 345wn shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, telecommunications outages or cyberattacks.
